Research and development

EME S.r.l. has always been investing resources in technological innovation in order to implement a wide range of forefront products. Its farsighted approach is constantly aimed at finding new solutions involving the physical therapy sector as well as that of rehabilitation.

The real property we own is not the sheer industrial one but the intellectual capital of the people working in the company since more than 25 years.

The core idea of its experts is based upon two principles: improving constantly the tools and making them easier to use. The functional improvement of the devices is the result of research carried out in partnership with National research labs and International bodies. The innovations are carried out in collaboration with University Centers and general hospitals.

An example is the recent “MFC” innovation, with the exclusive patent d. n° PS2000U00044. The adoption of this system allows the drastic reduction of elctomagnetic pollution caused by solenoids for magnetotherapy by protecting the workers.

EME S.r.l. constantly aims at improving the working conditions of the health-care workers and at the care effectiveness of its medical devices.

Research and Development are therefore its two pillars.

Quality

EME Srl has obtained a certified Quality System Whose procedures are constantly applied to every phase of the products’ designing and creation under the monitoring of its own Office for Quality.

The devices are in compliance with the European rules and have the CE mark (approved by the Notified Body 0476).

Each piece produced undergoes many strict checking procedures, i.e.: testing and approval of components, control of the working ability and 2 final quality tests.

Each device is sold together with the test certificate in compliance with the CEI EN 60601-1 standard.
